As a premium member, you have an option to initiate unlimited chats with profiles you like. All you need to do is click on "Chat" button on the profile to start a chat conversation. The "Chat" button on the top right of your Homepage will show you the list of all your chat buddies. Go ahead, start a chat conversation to get a quicker response.
