If you wish to manage or stop receiving alert emails, follow the steps below.
On the Sangam App:
• Tap your profile photo to open the Menu.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to Quick Links and select Alerts Settings.
• Turn off notifications for Matches, Activity, or Offers, based on your preference.
• Tap the Edit option for each category and select Unsubscribe.
On Website:
• Tap your profile photo to open the Menu.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to Quick Links and select Alerts Settings.
• Turn off notifications for Matches, Activity, or Offers, based on your preference.
• Tap the Edit option for each category and select Unsubscribe.
Tip: You can also click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Sangam.com email to quickly opt out of that specific alert type.
