Usually, if you have done the payment and the amount is received by us, the membership is activated instantly.


In rare cases, if your payment is deducted but membership not activated, you can check with your bank as the amount is auto reversed within 48 hours.


If you don't receive your payment even after 48 hours, you can mail the updated bank/credit card statement reflecting the transaction to care@sangam.com for us to check and take the necessary action.
